Kona (roasted)
This bean stands alone among all others. Our source, and the very finest is grown specifically "along the Belt Road" on the big island of Hawaii. Its rich, winy character allows for those who know coffee - know Kona - period.
Price : $25.00

Pea-Berry (roasted)
All coffees produce a pea-berry bean. It remains extremely rare however regarding overall production from a single coffee plant. Approximately (1) bean out of every (1000) is a pea-berry. It is the only time in nature where the bean is single and whole, rather than the 2 halves coming together to form the bean. There are those who subscribe to the thought that this causes the bean, in whatever variety, to become more "poignant" or "enhanced" in taste once "within the cup".
Price : $30.00

Ka'u (roasted)
(pronounced "kaw-ooooh") This coffee bean is grown on a couple of farms along the southern region of the big island. This particular region is known and appreciated for its "almost primeval-rugged beauty." This coffee brews "clear" and "well defined" within its cup.
Price : $25.00

Puna Butter (roasted)
(pronounced "pooo-na") This region is one of the most "truly local, old ways still prevail" areas of Hawaii. We have aptly labeled this bean our "Puna Butter" (for those growers who may remember). Additionally because within this region "Hosedana style" drying - or rather "original Japanese style drying of bean is practiced" (see block prints throughout website). This method is truly unique because the coffee jacket is left on the bean, thus imbuing it with a slight fermentation to its bean prior to further processing. Very unique and one of our favorites and a "must taste" for the connoisseur.

Red Catuai (roasted)

Yellow Catura (roasted)
One of the unique coffees in the world - coffee fruits are bright red when they mature- except this one - its fruit matures to golden yellow giving this bean a soft, smooth subtle earthy background that glides over the palette.
Price : $24.00

Harmony Espresso (roasted)
We achieve our "harmony" through "our roasting."

We combine our Red Catuai, roasted just past the 2nd crack of the bean, with our Yellow Caturra bean, which is held to a medium roast (prior to 2nd crack), at 3 to 1 ratios. This we believe gives "harmony" to our espresso that the connoisseur continues to always be seeking.

"The experience" we will define it as follows:
We give 3 distinct, yet separate taste experiences with each sip. The "initial hit" followed by the then "subtle travel" across the palette to another "place", ultimately "arriving" on the "afterglow" residing within that "composite of taste" and then stays true and lingers for complete satisfaction sought.
Price : $28.00

Dessert (roasted)
Our Maui Mokka bean is used here because of its natural chocolaty tone. The flavorings are thoughtful and well defined to distinguish ourselves from the other "syrupy" brands. You can feel comfortable serving these coffees with your finest desserts. Our offering includes Chocolate Raspberry, Hazelnut, and Kalua and Cream.
Price : $25.00
